I got my Ami Kegel set more to tell my doctor "I tried" than to actually try. I lost my ovaries and uterus 7 years ago and I was just 30. Menopause isn't easy. Every month I would go to my doctor complaining that my sex life wasn't the same anymore, that I needed a surgery and that I thought that my bladder was lower too, I could no longer exercise and was having some very embarrassing moments with my fiance. When I first started (one year ago), I couldn't hold the second "ami" inside. even lying down it would simply slide out. I followed the instructions with the first (and quite bulky) ami until I was so comfortable with it inside that I would go do volunteering with it, and I carry lots of heavy material all day long.
