Pretty good size but the texture/material might prove to be an acquired taste... it also has a nice strawberry smell, which is a good change over plastic-reeking toys. Excellent value but probably not for the beginner.

this plug is quite big for a medium but i can almost get the base in.

This plug slides in so smoothly and stays in place. My wife simply loves it. I've tried it once or twice but it's too big for me. The only downside we've come across is the slight discolouring. If this purchase is a thought, consider getting the black one instead.
