When used with a thick anal-lube, the Talon massager provides a nice sensation on the prostate with each flexing of the anal sphincter. The part where the sphincter grips the Talon is narrow enough such that flexing does not cause pain or discomfort. The part that presses against the perineum is also comfortable - I have used the Aneros Helix prostate massager and I find their perineum massaging tab very uncomfortable.
