Easy to hold, warms nicely. Makes giving massages much easier on the arms, though I would be careful not to push too hard on your partner so they don't end up sore! Self massage with it doesn't feel AS nice, but it still helps a lot!

When I first took it out of the box I was a bit disappointed. I thought it looked really cheap. However, when I used it on my BF he enjoyed it. The coolness of it brought a different sensation to the massage. If you have the $$ I'd recommend it, otherwise I'm sure there are similar products for less $$
