Ultimately this does what it says, it vibrates. I had an awful time just opening to put in a battery though, there was no grip at all and it probably took me a good 30 minutes just to open it. There is only one level of vibration, but it was just the perfect level. I had an issue of the two pieces (top and bottom) that connect inside to transfer the power so that it actually vibrates got bent and it stopped working, I was able to fix it though. it is kind of difficult to twist on and off though as to turn it on the two pieces inside have to line up perfectly. Overall it's pretty good for the price - just don't injure yourself trying to open it!
