This may seem large compared to a drug store enema but if you plan for anal play it's a great start. Squeeze and put in sink to fill, lube tip with soap and push away. I found it good to place it on a wall folded so the water won't release as you get that up your ass. I did manage to fill 3 of these into rectum before I could not hold more.. I like to repeat many times till squeaky clean. I like soap in my ass too for the final cleaning. I want to self lube when my poor ass gets pounded. Love it.

Works really well, cleans you out nicely. Insertion is easy with some lube, and it holds a good amount of water. Unfortunately only 3 of the 4 nozzles work, but still does its job

My husband has tried other anal cleaning systems but this one is by far the best. Being able to take it apart to clean the bulb and the shaft separately means you can make sure it stays squeaky clean.
