Seeking a dedicated individual to join our fast-paced, fun, and supportive warehouse team, who play a critical role in delivering our products across the country!

What You'll Do

• Restock products to designated warehouse locations
• Assist with organizing incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and label orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Support inventory counts

What You'll Need

• Previous warehouse or physical labour experience is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

PinkCherry, the leading online retailer for adult sex toys in Canada and the US, is seeking a talented Video Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team. As the Video Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in managing and creating compelling content for our social media channels. We are looking for an individual with a strong passion for digital strategy, creative content creation, and design who can contribute innovative ideas in our rapidly growing and exciting industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Must be comfortable in front of the camera. Act as an on-camera ambassador, creating authentic and relatable video content.
• Script, film, and edit informational product videos to be used on the website, email, social platforms, and other marketing content.
• Develop and produce engaging TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts content for PinkCherry to be shared across social channels, promotional materials, and website, including videos, images, and written copy to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Edit high-quality short-form videos using CapCut and Canva or similar tools, adding motion graphics, captions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling. 
• Identify and leverage trending sounds, formats, and challenges to inspire fresh content, optimizing content for reach and engagement with strategic captions, hashtags, posting, and analytical insights.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to maintain a consistent posting cadence across brands, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Be a leader in community management, responding to comments and messages in a timely, appropriate, and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience creating social-first video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) that drives engagement and reach.
• Must be comfortable in front of the camera. 
• Strong social listening and visual storytelling ability. Able to act as an ambassador to connect authentically with diverse audiences. Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and emerging trends.
• Strong filming, production, and editing skills (CapCut, Canva) 
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
