This unique gag, as per the name, features a realistic butt in front. When it's strapped on, your partner (or whoever isn't wearing it) can dive deep inside the booty hole and your mouth. Behind the removable butt, a firmer open cylinder keeps your mouth open and relaxed and also helps protect them from your teeth.
