Bought this 4 years ago and it JUST broke last night from the wires connecting to the wand. All my fault tho because I wasn t easy with the chord and would yank on it occasionally. It does exactly what it is supposed to. I like the dial and the fact it won't run out of charge. It has a pretty good length cord.
