After filling and before placing the pump top back on, slip the syringe handle over the bottle mouth for easy one-handed use.

The sleek tapered tip penetrates smoothly into the rectum- at only .5" (1.25cm) in width, it's very well suited to beginners and occasional douche and enema users. Slide it onto the end of the flexible silicone hose before use.
