It comes fully assembled with one of 3 included O-rings (the Medium size) already snapped in, so all you'll need to do is tug on the straps to perfect the fit. 

The Curved Wave 6" vibe (or just about any other favorite penetrator) slides into place through the O-ring - depending on the toy used, you may  not even need to un-snap the ring from the harness. Use a button on the base of the Wave to start up vibration, or use the included long-range (30'/10m) remote.
