Fully assembled out of the package, the fixed length Spreader Bar put a distance of 14 inches (36cm) between the classic metal cuffs at either end. Slip wrists or ankles through the cuffs and slide to close tight. A set of keys is included, but there's a quick-off safety latch just in case. Clip another favourite pair to the connector D-rings at each end for more possibilities. Cuffs fit most.

These are great but 14 isn t very big. Works great for using on arms. The cuffs themselves hurt they bite the ankles a bit. But still a great item to have on hand in the toy chest.
