3 words I heard over and over from the Mrs.... OMG! OMG! OMG!.... It took a couple try's to get this large extender to get where it needed to go ( take your time and lube that sucker up ) but it was worth it. It's a good size for sure. If you're my age and things aren't as rigid as they once were , this unit will work, just need to make sure it gets on you as snug as possible use a helping hand if needed as a guide, The nut holder took a bit of time to get used to but works well, we both enjoy using this new toy and I recommend if you're both looking to try something more daring. Warning.... may cause wife/girlfriend to yell... OMG OMG OMG !
