Tried this on and after a little time - you will figure our how to do it. (make sure all the air is out of the tip.... Then pound away. Actually very comfortable

This is a great sleeve / extender, especially for guys with ED. It is thick and firm enough to keep its shape even if you do not have a full erection. It is also very comfortable to wear and feels good. Be sure to get all the air out of it when putting it on and then the natural suction plus the balls loop keeps this firmly in place even during vigorous sex. Only down fall is that the hard tip isn't lifelike at all and a little unrealistic at times u cannot feel what u are doing and potential could hurt your partner as u are unaware of how hard you are going

My wife and I have been experimenting with larger and larger toys and have wanted to get a penis extension for a while, I'm not small, about 7" and decently thick but sometimes it's fun to give 110%!! We are very happy with this product, it doesn't have a strong smell, its quite soft to the touch, it has very strong suction to keep it in place as well as the loop that fits very comfortably around the testicles.
