Legs and arms wrap around. The holes are pretty tight and not very long for anus and mouth but the doll is pretty durable. Also comes with a small repair kit. I haven't really used it but can tell it would be difficult to clean. I did look at a number of different dolls and this one is regarded as one of the best, and best value.
