The user friendliness of these particular clamps allows for quick adjustment to the ideal tension - just twist the screws to increase the pinch, and reverse the direction to loosen things up. For fans of more intense nipple play, the rubber grip tips can be removed entirely. The chain reaches down about 14.5"/37cm from the collar.
